What Changes Can I Make to My Web-Tool?
As a contributer to your Homeschool Scholar Web-Tool, you can customize your site exactly how you want it! Our templates were designed to make it easy for you to manage your content. In order to ensure proper use of our templates, contributors do not have the ability to duplicate, transfer or delete websites.

Who has access to my passwords?
Answer:
You, and whomever you choose to share them with. Passwords are saved to your personal computer and cannot be accessed through the Homeschool Scholar Web-Tool. You can easily access your online accounts by simply clicking on one of your links. However, we suggest that you keep your passwords secured in another location should you need to access them later.

What does the base price for the web-tool include?
Answer:
Each plan price includes LIFETIME use of your web-tool as long as the WIX continues functioning as a provider of website services. This is a one time cost to you. However, if you decide to delete your web-tool, it cannot be reactivated. A new web-tool will have to be purchased if desired. Hosting and additional customization is priced seperately.

What is hosting and how much does it cost?
Answer:
Web hosting provides the technologies and services needed for your web-tool (or any website) to be viewed on the internet. WIX offers several levels of web hosting services. You can choose which level of service you need. However, payment for hosting services should be made through the web-tool portal. Payments can not be made on a monthly basis at this time. Payment for the year's subscription must be made at the time of purchase.

What if I want my own domain name?
Your domain name is essentially your web address. You absolutely can have a custom domain name. Depending on the plan you choose, you can submit up to three options for a domain name. Because your selection may not always be available for purchase, Homeschool Scholars reserves the right to acquire the domain name that most closely resembles your request. Custom domain names are included with the "Custom" web-tool plan. However, if you select a WIX hosting plan that includes a free domain name, the same process will be followed. Please note, domain names must be renewed on an annual basis. All renewals will be subject to a $7.00 administration fee beyond the cost of renewal.

What if I want to upgrade my plan in the middle of the year?
No problem. Your plan can be changed at any time. However, please note there will be an additional $3.00 administration fee for each change made after your initial web-tool and hosting plan is purchased.
